Why am I not receiving Tralent emails and notifications?

We send two types of emails: operational platform-related emails and promotional emails.

  • Operational emails: Manage these from your notification settings:
    1. Click “Account” at the top right of the platform.
    2. Go to “Settings”.
    3. Click “Notifications” in the left-hand column.
    4. Customize the types of notifications you want to receive.
  • Promotional emails: If you’re not receiving them, you may have unsubscribed. Write to support@tralent.com, and we’ll ensure you’re re-added to our mailing list.
