We send two types of emails: operational platform-related emails and promotional emails.
- Operational emails: Manage these from your notification settings:
- Click “Account” at the top right of the platform.
- Go to “Settings”.
- Click “Notifications” in the left-hand column.
- Customize the types of notifications you want to receive.
- Promotional emails: If you’re not receiving them, you may have unsubscribed. Write to support@tralent.com, and we’ll ensure you’re re-added to our mailing list.
