How do I close my Tralent account?

At the moment, Tralent does not support direct account deletion by users. However, you can request account closure by:

  1. Writing to compliance@tralent.com, providing your full name and email address.
  2. Using the “Request Support” button in the bottom-right corner of the Tralent dashboard.

Important: Deleting your account will result in:

  • Permanent loss of access to tournaments, trading data, and any unused funds in your wallet.
  • Deletion of all personal data associated with your account, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Certain data may be retained to comply with legal or regulatory obligations. If there is a violation of our Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or delay account deletion until the issue is resolved.

Requests for account deletion are processed within 30 days.
