How do I withdraw funds from my account?

To withdraw funds from your Tralent wallet, follow these steps:

1. Go to the “Account” section by clicking the button in the top-right corner of your dashboard.
2. On the virtual card image, Click the “Withdraw” button.
3. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw in the popup window or select one. The minimum withdrawal amount is $20, and the maximum is indicated in the input bar.
4. Provide your wallet address in the designated field. Ensure that the wallet address is linked to the Tron network in USDT. If it isn’t, you won’t receive your funds, and the amount cannot be recovered.
5. Click “Send request”.
6. You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly. Click “Confirm Withdrawal” to finalize your request.

Your withdrawal request will be processed within 5 business days (Saturdays and Sundays are excluded). Once completed, you’ll receive an email confirming the transaction’s outcome.

Please note that your requested fund won’t be available why the withdrawal request is pending.
