How do I deposit by bank transfer?

If you want to deposit funds on Tralent by bank transfer, follow these steps:

1. From the dashboard, click “Account” in the top-right corner to access your profile section.
2. On the virtual card image, click the “Deposit” button. Alternatively, click the “+” icon next to the wallet icon in the top bar of most pages on the platform.
3. The crypto deposit window will appear by default: simply toggle the button from “Crypto Wallet” to “Wire Transfer”
4. Once you toggle the button, the Bank Wire window with all data will appear;
5. Select your account currency, from AED, EUR, and USD: remember that if you deposit in EUR or AED, the amount will be converted to USD at the exchange rate available when the funds arrive in Tralent’s account.
6. Copy Tralent’s bank account information and use it to make a transfer of the amount you want;
7. IMPORTANT: Remember to write your username and/or the email address with which you registered in Tralent in the “reason” or “notes” for the deposit: otherwise, we will not be able to assign the transfer received to your wallet on Tralent.
8. Once you confirm the transfer, wait up to 72 hours: you will receive an email informing you that your account has been reloaded as soon as the transfer has been processed.
