How do I open a Short position?

To open a Short position in a tournament, follow these steps:

1. Select the financial instrument you want to short from the “Watchlist” section.
2. In the “Order Mask” (bottom left of the tournament screen), ensure the toggle is set to “Now” for an immediate order.
3. Adjust the Take Profit and/or Stop Loss settings by activating the respective toggles and entering your desired values.
4. Optionally, specify the Quantity for your position. The P&L % will be multiplied based on the quantity you choose.
5. To open a short position, click SELL. The trade will be executed immediately, and you can view it in the “My orders” section at the bottom of the screen.

If you want to open a short position at a specific price in the future, toggle to “Pending”, set your desired Open Price, and click SELL LIMIT or SELL STOP to place a pending order.
